Barrister Sohana Sara Siddiky is a passionate Immigration and humanitarian Litigation lawyer. After completing her elementary and secondary studies in Canada she travelled overseas to pursue her generational traditions of studying law from the United Kingdom.

Barrister Sohana Sara Siddiky began her Legal studies at the University of London UK where she successfully graduated in the presence of Princess Royal Anne (only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, and the only sister of King Charles III), as Chancellor of the University of London, who presided over Barrister Siddiky’s ceremony. She went on to pursue further legal education at BPP Law School in the UK, where she earned a second degree in law. This background provided her with valuable experience in international law, common law and European law.

After returning to Canada, Barrister Siddiky became accredited through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and was admitted to the Bar of Ontario (Upper Canada Law Society). Currently, she practices law out of her office in Downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. In addition to her extensive legal expertise, she is a member of the International Bar Association which is known to have held Special Consultative status before the UN General Assembly and the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 1947.

Barrister Sohana Sara Siddiky is multilingual. She is fluent in French, English, Bengali, and has functionality in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
